Caleb Griffioen - Licensed Sales Consultant

Having completed his LLB/BA (Political Science) at the University of Canterbury in 2013, Caleb gained a solid base knowledge of sales and consumer law, conveyancing, and housing policy issues. Disinclined to practise law, Caleb made  the decision to join the family profession.


Initially joining Team Griff as a personal assistant in 2009, Caleb has now begun the transition into sales and is buoyed by what’s ahead of him.

Tess Maley - Licensed Sales Consultant

Initially joining Team Griff as a personal assistant in 2014, Tess has now moved into a full-time sales role.

 

Her passion for perfection, commitment to achieving goals, and diligent attitude have been appreciated and well recognized by her previous employers and clients.

 

A local to Christchurch's east side, she understands and knows the area intimately and is therefore perfectly qualified to represent her clients in all their real estate needs.

 

Full of energy and enthusiasm she hopes to provide an enjoyable and warm experience for her clients, whatever stage they may be at in their real estate journey.

Blair Stevenson

Blair is a high energy, direct, and personable real estate salesperson with a background in health and safety quality assurance, where he has attained a finely-tuned attention to detail. As he embarks on his real estate career, his aim is to empower clients with clear and professional advice, whatever stage they may be at in their property journey.

 

Smart and enthusiastic, Blair has sensibly surrounded himself with high achieving colleagues and the award-winning Harcourts Gold franchise. In his spare time, Blair enjoys skiing, water sports, and walking various tracks around Canterbury. He loves being out and about amongst his community and being involved in events around Christchurch.
